Return & Refund Policy

Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is essential to us at Print Cord. Due to the personalized nature of our products, order cancellations and refunds are not accepted. However, woolen items are refundable or exchangeable in case of any issues, such as defects, incorrect sizing, or other quality-related concerns. To initiate a refund or exchange for woolen items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damage Claims: To ensure any damage claims are processed smoothly, please record a video while opening the delivered package. Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package. The opening video is mandatory for any damage claim.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Print Cord: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability or pricing errors. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and process a refund to your account, subject to approval.

Cancellation by Customer:
- If you cancel an order that has not yet started, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If the design process has begun and you cancel the order after reviewing the design, design charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- No refunds, returns, or cancellations are allowed after design confirmation.

How to Return Woolen Items
1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your woolen item to request a return authorization.
2. Provide details of the issue, such as defects or incorrect sizing.
3. Securely pack the item and include the return authorization slip.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. If Refund is approved then it will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
