Customer satisfaction is essential to us at Printcord. Due to the personalized nature of our products, order cancellations and refunds are not accepted once the order has been processed.
📦 Damage Claims
If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to help.
To ensure any damage claims are processed smoothly: Please record a video while opening the delivered package.Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.The opening video is mandatory for any damage claim.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Printcord:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability or pricing errors. If your order is canceled, we will notify you, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method (subject to approval).
Cancellation by Customer:
If the order is canceled before the design process has started, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
If the design process has already begun and you cancel the order after reviewing the design, design charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
No cancellations or refunds are allowed after design confirmation.
